In this podcast I talked about my doctoral research, my article on justice and reconciliation, and how I am bridging research and practice through Peace Perspectives, a Nepal-based organization I co-founded in March 2017. I also talked about how the ACUNS Dissertation Award helped me in my doctoral research.
In 2015 I won the ACUNS Dissertation Fellowship Award, which “recognizes emerging students of extraordinary potential who have reached the stage of writing an advanced graduate-level dissertation on a topic of direct and demonstrable relevance to the United Nations and/or the UN system.”
The ANU featured my ACUNS Dissertation Award and the topic of the paper I presented at the ACUNS Annual Meeting at The Hague, Netherlands.
In this interview, I talked about the peace and development nexus and the challenges of rebuilding the economy of post-conflict societies.
